Christchurch Section AREC - Civil Defence

Christchurch Section AREC is involved with Civil Defence at the National Minstry level, providing communications operators for their Christchurch headquaters. We also provide radio operators, training and advice to the Canterbury Regional Council Civil Defence. Many of our members are also involved at the Area and Sector posts, providing communications officers at this level.
